Responsible Gambling

Our Commitment to Responsible Gambling
As a community organisation, we are dedicated to fostering a safe and responsible environment for all members and guests.

While gambling is a popular recreational activity enjoyed by many Australians, we acknowledge the potential risks associated with it. For some individuals, gambling can escalate beyond entertainment and become a gambling problem. This can lead to financial difficulties and negative impacts on relationships, health, employment, and even legal matters.

Self-Exclusion and Staff Training

Self-Exclusion: We offer self-exclusion options for individuals who feel they need a break from gambling. During this period, users will be unable to access their accounts or participate in any gambling activities.
Staff Training: All staff members employed in gaming roles at our venues throughout NSW are legally required to complete the Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) course. This training ensures compliance with legislative requirements and equips staff to provide responsible gambling services.
Additional Signage and Information
Legal Requirements: We display mandatory signage throughout our Club promoting responsible gambling and providing information about support services for problem gamblers.
Educational Materials: In addition to required signage, we distribute informative brochures, cards, and other materials to further emphasise our commitment to responsible gambling. These resources ensure that assistance information is readily accessible to any patron who may need support.
